Helmets To Hardhats

Helmets to Hardhats is a public/private partnership created to assist returning U.S. armed forces personnel in their transition to civilian career paths. The Helmets to Hardhats program allows returning servicemen direct entry into the Joint Labor/Management Apprenticeship Programs of Indiana's union construction industry.
