Colin Carter

College
Ball State University

Colin is in his 2nd year of studies at Ball State University, majoring in Music Performance with a certificate in Entrepreneurship. Colin earned an associate’s degree during high school and maintained a standing on the Dean’s list at Miller College of Business. He has also earned various music related awards throughout his career.  Colin’s father, Kenny Hayes, is a member of the Glaziers Local 1165.

Ney Tha Blay Htoo

Ft. Wayne Electrical JATC

Ney is currently in his third year with the Ft. Wayne Electrical apprenticeship program. He applied to the IBEW Local 305 program after the JATC training director was invited to speak to his class. Ney joined the JATC directly after graduating high school and expects to complete his apprenticeship in the summer of 2027 becoming a Journeyman Inside Wireman. Some highlights of his training include working at Parkview Regional Medical Center and renovating the emergency rooms. He has especially enjoyed learning about bending techniques using hydraulic and electric conduit benders. Ney is the first apprenticeship recipient of the Edwin Marsh Scholarship. We are pleased to be able to help him advance in his career and hope that he inspires more apprentices to participate in the scholarship program in the future.

Aubrianna Pruitt

College
Indiana University Indianapolis

Aubrianna is a 1st year undergraduate studying Medical Imaging at the Indiana University Indianapolis. She graduated from Avon High School with honors, where she also earned a Varsity Basketball Mental Toughness award. Aubrianna is looking forward to a career as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. Her father, Jerry Pruitt, is a member of Heat & Frost Insulators Local 18.

Alyssa Stacy

College
University of Indianapolis

Alyssa is currently a 3rd year Graduate in the University of Doctor of Nursing Practice program. During her RN career Alyssa has been a 2-time winner of the DAISY award, which rewards excellence in nursing. Alyssa is working hard to ultimately become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her father, Robert Stacy, is a member of UA Local 440.
